ND taxes on royalty & bonus for non-residents of ND

Do non-residents of ND pay ND taxes on their bonus or royalty payments?

On the royalty payment stub there were "taxes" deducted from my royalties - I presumed they were Federal taxes but the 1099-Misc has nothing in the box for "Federal income taxes withheld". Do we need to file ND state taxes?

Yes you do. I had to file last year in N.D. for state taxes and I am not a N.D. resident.
