I have called 5 - O&G attorney firms in the past couple weeks and not a one returned my call. There is a lot of movement in the Williston basin right now so I get it, but can anyone recommend an attorney that can help me?
I’m closing on a deal w/ Lynx for leasing of 63 acres but some of the lingo is not plainly worded on tye lease of course so… need help. Something in Williams County, N. Dakota preferrably.

It is not important to find an attorney in Williams County. You want to find a knowledgeable ND oil & gas attorney. If you lived in a small town, and you needed specialized surgery, you wouldn’t go to the closest surgeon you could find. The attorney can work with you by email and telephone, you wouldn’t necessarily need to meet with them.
