I have called 5 oil and gas attorney firms in the past couple weeks and not a one returned my call. There is a lot of movement in the Williston Basin right now so I get it, but can anyone recommend an attorney that can help me?
I’m closing on a deal with Lynx for leasing of 63 acres but some of the lingo is not plainly worded on the lease of course so… need help. Something in Williams County, North Dakota preferably.

It is not important to find an attorney in Williams County. You want to find a knowledgeable ND oil & gas attorney. If you lived in a small town, and you needed specialized surgery, you wouldn’t go to the closest surgeon you could find. The attorney can work with you by email and telephone, you wouldn’t necessarily need to meet with them.
Thank you for that - but the issue is I can’t find anyone. I’ve called around to 5 different firms around North Dakota.
