What would be a reasonable amount per Rod for an easement for this new Permian Highway Pipeline to cross my family’s property in Block 11 of Pecos County. Can anyone else share what offers they are getting? Has anyone been able to get a 10 year renewable from Kinder Morgan?
If there is not eminent domain, when negotiating the cost is the per rod price to go around you. If this is eminent domain, find an experienced condemnation attorney.
