If you disagree with me that is fine but I am of the opinion that the future (next 20 to 30 years) of energy prices is nothing short of dismal. Alternative energy is the thing of the future. Time will tell. Now if energy prices begin to soar after Iran drops the bomb, as some have alleged, call me out and I will admit I WAS WRONG.
With that said I have placed all my mineral rights in the North Central Texas Barnett Shale oil field for sale. This includes "4" producing gas wells operated by XTO in Tarrant County and "1" operating well by Devon in Parker County. This entire package also includes 300+- acres that are not leased and ready as we speak for drilling and exploration. Many geologists believe that vast oil reserves lay under the prolific Barnett Shale resulting in the potential for multiple pay zones. Over 500 surface acres are involved.
