My Friends Need some help!

My Question is :

Can there be a separate lease on your property for each mineral owner?

I contacted oil co. I saw sibling name in a pool which my name was not there

oil co. said I had my own lease .Can that be done ?

It is quite common for every mineral owner to have a separate lease. This happens many times between people live in differnet towns or relatives do not always get along and do not care to see each other.

Yes.

I think you may have meant, can mineral owners lease to different oil companies on the same tract of land, but I'm not sure. If that is what you meant, the answer would also be yes. In fact, the same mineral owner can lease to two separate companies. One lease may be limited to shallow depths, and the second lease may cover the deeper rights. Same mineral owner, two different companies.

Thank you all for your replys that's so interesting ,,that's why I like this Mineral Rights Forum there`s people out there to help and make you understand
