Finally the Divison order is in my hands!! How long until I sign it and send it back is the process of them paying out. Also, it states in the upper right corner effective 4/1/2018. Is that the date they will back pay on. Or what does that date indicate??
That should be somewhere close to 1st sales, so yes, you are getting back to that date.
You should ask for statutory interest as they are required by OK State Statues to disburse revenue within 180 days of 1st production.
