I am trying to figure out if and how to have multiple operators on one EnergyLink account. I have several operators for a few wells and think this would be the best way to view them. EnergyLink is not the easiest site to navigate or quickest to respond, so I am hoping someone else has any firsthand knowledge or can help.

One EnergyLink account will access all checks going to the same payee name. You need to select each operator and enter the requested information, including the royalty payment from a recent month. Keep in mind that not all operators send information to EnergyLink, so those names are not on the list. It is trickier to add a second account for checks going to a different payee. Use the chat function to ask questions.
I have found that it was quite helpful to send Energy Link a list of all my operators and my owner number for each operator. Then they were able to link as many as they carry to the one Energy Link account. Operators come and go on ELink, so keep your list up to date.
