Have lease extension due by Dec 6 in 33 1 N 1 W. Have already received letter of lease bonus to be paid. Does that mean there is no well till after Dec 6?

Probably no well until all the OCC paperwork is finished. You should have all the filings which will have the hearing dates (proposed) on them.
