Anyone heard of any lease bonus amounts paid for Lands in T153N-R91W ?
153n-91w has to be all HBP, no? Or are you talking about bonuses from back in 2006? Maybe I’m missing something
we have unleased minerals that have participated with and now looking to enter in to a lease for the additional drilling development
If there’s only been one well drilled in a unit, you could prob get 5-10K/acre for 20% for the upside
