Anyone heard of any lease bonus amounts paid for lands in Township 153 North, Range 91 West?
153N-91W has to be all HBP, no? Or are you talking about bonuses from back in 2006? Maybe I’m missing something.
We have unleased minerals that have participated with and now looking to enter into a lease for the additional drilling development.
If there’s only been one well drilled in a unit, you could probably get 5-10K/acre for 20% for the upside.
