Morgan County Colorado

Am complete new to this, and have been approached by a landman.

I work for a non-profit and we were left mineral rights quite some time ago in a will: approximately 40 nma in the E1/2 of the SW 1/4 of Section 30 and the NW 1/4 of Section 31 all in Township 5 North, Range 59.

What would be a reasonable offer relative to $ per nma, royalty, and lease length? What have others received?

I, too, have mineral rights in southern Morgan Co, and was called by landman. I live out of state. What kind of play is being done there? By whom, what formation, etc. Thanks for any help.

I also have some mineral rights in NE Adams Co., adjacent to my minerals in S Adams Co., 17 miles S of Ft. Morgan, Colo. I would like to be updated about the areas’ activity. Thanks.
