Have not had any offers for a while. This week have had 2 very unusual. Unless the oil prices are going up or future development is causing interest, we have ORRI in Lea County, New Mexico Township 19 South Range 32 East Sections 22: N/2, N/2S/2, S/2SE/4 - Section 23: ALL Section 26: ALL Section 27: NE/4, S2 Containing 2320 acres. Anyone know of any activity in these Sections? Out of the loop in Indiana. (NM Oilboy) unless you’re still on Spring break lol.

I don’t know of anything going on in your tracts in 19s 32e. Earthstone permitted some wells in 19s 33e in the last month. Have applied for more permits there as well.
Shrug. Maybe folks just looking at blank spaces and saying “there should be some Bone Spring wells here eventually.” Not super helpful.
