More Fraud. Argenta Fee 18, API 05 007 06049, S11 32N6W Archuleta County Colorado

Bill, your profile avatar is a picture of one of the Argenta wells. I have been informed that you received that photo from the Colorado Oil and Gas Commission person that you have been communicating with. I would think that you would know which well the picture is. I’m guessing it is Argenta 19. Just a wild guess. Your profile picture was posted by YOU. No one can do that but you, the person who owns your login with YOUR password. You put the picture there yourself.

Secondly, if you have the money to spend, go for it. Hire a meter reading witness. It’s your expense. I already informed you and anyone else who has been following this posting that a representative from Big Run Production reads their meter once per month and a representative from BP reads THEIR separate meter once per month. That’s how it works. Both companies involved in the custody transfer have their own meters that they read once per month. BP checks the calibration on theirs quarterly. No one else in industry verifies custody transfer meters that many times in one year…that I am aware of. Both companies report their meter readings to the Federal Government AND to the Colorado Oil and Gas Commission. It’s pretty tightly regulated.

I also determined that the Argenta 17 is on a property not adjacent to the 18 and 19. I don’t understand why you posted so much info concerning the 17. It is unrelated to the 18 and 19 other than it is owned by Big Run. I have heard that Big Run may be drilling another one or two wells this year or next year south two properties to ours. I’ll be surprised if that happens; the price of gas doesn’t pay for the drilling and probably won’t for a few years.

I suspect back in 2004-2008 Blanch was reaping the fruit of $14-$16 gas and the 1/5 royalty checks were pretty nice. However, since the crash in 2008, gas has been 1/4 to 1/8 of that value and the checks reflect that market. There is nothing fraudulent occurring here, just a very depressed market for natural gas. Just my 2 cents worth.

On another note, I spoke with Dad today and he said Blanch was not doing well. I am very sad to hear that. It is my understanding that she is the last of Grandad’s siblings. I am very sorry for the situation. I was sad to lose Edwin Eddy Lane, my grandad and Frances Mountcastle Lane, my grandmother, both VERY tremendous people. Enjoy your last days with your Mom, Bill…life is short. My prayers are with your Mother.

Mr. Lane

Mom’s doing better now.

Freedom is short

Where’s the produced water records?

I am working on finding those numbers today.

Glad to hear Blanch is doing better today.

The Case of the Missing Documents lol…

The water numbers I found were from the 19 and are 340-360 barrels of water/month.

J

Those numbers don’t match what’s reported to the state of Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission for the Argenta Fee 19, API 05 007 06094.

Where do you find all your information? Why won’t you post the documents to prove your case? What happens to the produced water for the Argenta Fee 18, API 05 007 06049? Do you and your Dad use it to water the alfalfa fields and water the cows?

It’s only a matter of time and it all will come out in the wash.

Mr. Tompkins, the water produced from a gas well is probably toxic waste. I wouldn’t water my cows with it, if I had any. Things from way underground are frequently nasty and need quite a bit of processing before we even burn it, I think it likely the water that comes with it isn’t much better. I will leave it to you to look it up though.

I know that Mr. Kennedy and that’s why the operator must report all produced water. I have a good idea about what’s up. I just can’t talk about it here at the forum yet.

Mr Kennedy

What happens to a lease when the operators become untrustworthy?

The 18 is not making any water. I already stated that in a previous post. The numbers I posted are all right off the public website for the Colorado Oil and Gas Commission. We do not use the water for our livestock or hay fields or bathing or drinking or anything else. As Mr. Kennedy mentioned, it’s not fit for those uses, it’s not toxic by any means it just has a high salt content. What comes up in the water is very dependent on the formation and location in San Juan. There is nothing illegal going on here Bill. Just as I said before, gas prices are very low right now. You can track that by googling NYMEX Henry Hub natural gas spot price.

Mr. Lane.

It only took a phone call to Big Run and I knew we had big problems that Joan Pickard’s not real smart. We the family trusted you guys, hook or crook you got us coming and going. The Argenta Fee 18 was a wet well it wouldn’t produce unless the water is lifted off. No water ever reported James go back and read just what you have written you says theirs a worn out pump jack on this well. I know how to read check statements etc. you have been paying everybody royalties out of the #17 spiting its production three ways. I don’t know what the production from our own wells is It has to be a gold mine because why take the risk for anything less. That’s a fact if you didn’t want anybody catching on Joan should of never sent those statements they busted you. I don’t care what you say James, You were way too sloppy same production 14 times for two months in a row. the documents tell a story You should read them some time.

The family knows whats up their just leaving this up to me that’s why its taking so dam long to get anything done. Nobody wants to put you all in prison either but your going to make it awful hard not to.

I’m concerned to we are not getting paid correctly when it come to the Luchini 11 2 and 11 1 wells either And I wouldn’t be surprised if you figure out a way to rob us their to.

Bill, sorry you feel the way that you do about all of this. But there is nothing there. I’m not sure what interest you have in the 17, its not on our property. I said nothing about a worn out pump jack. I said they are not running the pump jack and the reason they are likely not running the pump jack is because it costs about $100k to bring in a workover rig and the 18 only brings in about $14k per year at $2 gas and as I understand it Big Run does not even get $2 for the gas. It’s more like $1. I don’t know what you guys get for the Luchini well. There is no gold mine in natural gas right now, the reserves are nearly to full capacity, the market is very low, many producers large and small are considering shutting the wells in until the prices get better.

I’m not sure why you get off on being so offensive and threatening all the time. Many of your remarks are nonsensible and incomprehensible.

Mr. Lane

I have a look at the attached files

2834-Image7.jpg (125 KB) 2835-Image8.jpg (156 KB) 2836-Image3.jpg (126 KB)

What are you hoping I’ll see here? They look like monthly production rates.

Bill, I reviewed the three attachments. I don’t see anything strange on those documents. What point were you hoping to make?

Hello James, I’ve a new profile photo  How do you like it? Better than the last one I think. Those check statements from BP America to Big Run Production Company that I posted on April 30 say what they say and all that handwritten stuff on them means nothing “really”… If you want to get right down to it, I received these statements in response to a form 37 from COGCC.

Last time I spoke with your Daddy, back in November 2011, he told me he knew Joan Pickard would mess things up!! Because she was not very smart.

Does Joan Pickard know what you all have gotten her into?

Hi Bill, hope you are well. Yep, I recognize that as the poor producing well. As I recall, it was problematic from day one. I’ve never met Joan Pickard and don’t expect that I ever will. My life is far too busy to be chasing after bunny trails. Why are you living in the past? Have a great week!

James

Hello James I see you knew about this before I did!! Just saying. I had given up on COGCC a long time ago wouldn’t you? They are about as honest as you and your Dad. This has been going on for 18 years at least. Opium poppy industry in Afghanistan everyone wants some of that easy money. I’m not done James not until I get Mother what she got coming.

I’m hoping you will see that it’s for the Argenta Fee 17, not our well’s statements. That’s the wrong well to be mailing out statements for when it’s a response to a form 37. You were ok with that, right?

How did the State of Colorado get so involved in Big Run Production Company? I want to know?
