I have been put in charge of finding out about some mineral rights in the Montana area. These rights are on reservation. So far I’ve been spinning my wheels to grasp and understand the complexity of this project. So any help on what to do and make sure it’s done correctly versus going into it blind like I did expected it be a easy chore(which knowing now was a timely mistake thats lead me here). I appreciate all the help and looking forward to share and discuss this with anyone whom is willing to help and or take lead with me to get this done In a timely manner. Thank you
I believe that I answered your question in the other area where you posted. Start with the county courthouses where the minerals are located. Some records may be searchable online, but others may need a personal look by a landman at the courthouse.
