Just wondering if any one has an idea of how much minerals are leasing for in Montague County, Texas.......any help would be appreciated....also is there a site that publishes what the going amount is in any particular county in Texas.......In Okla......Okla Mineral Registry provides up to date info and was wondering if any body might know of a site concerning Texas?

I have seen some recent leases in Montague Co going for $300.-$500. signing bonus with 20% to 22% for 3 to 5 years. Mostly 3 years. Many have been leasing only part of your ownership so watch for this.

Thanks for answering my question Clois!!! Most all of our mineral interest is in Okla so Texas is a little different . EOG Resources Inc, has made a offer of $400.00 per acre for a 3 yr lease with a 2 yr option and 20% royalty. We have never lease with a 2 yr option and have never taken 20% which I think is very low!!! Your input would be appreciated and do you have any knowledge of this company? Thanks GG
