anybody know when there going to start paying out the monies on the high water mark case in north dakota for all of the wells drilled…especially looking at the williston well

the well is 18311 and it is on lot 1 25-154-101…its a 1280 which includes sections 25 and 36 over 300,000 barrels pumped and no money …drilled in 2009
