Moffat county - has any one dealt with wyotex oil company?

I have an oil/gas lease offer from Wyotex for Township 4 North, Range 90 West. Bonus is $250 per net acre with 1/8 royalty. 3 Year Term.

Based on what I have seen on this board, the offer seems a little low, but I am more concerned that I can find virtually no information about Wyotex on the internet. Can anyone help?

I have not heard of WYOTEX either. $250 is low!! VERY LOW. Nearby acreage may be 3x to 4x that. In my opinion, royalty should be at least 3/16ths. Good luck and I will check on WYOTEX.

WYOTEX looks to be associated with Apollo Operating? Have seen where the WYOTEX name comes up on bids with phone numbers and PO Box. They are in Denver. Good luck!
