You can lease your mineral interest to anyone, not just one company. Don’t be bluffed! Force Pooling does not work very good in Texas.
Would it be bad to participate in a well if possible?
If you are comfortable putting your money at the craps table or roulette wheel and the outcome won’t affect your bottom line, go ahead and participate.
