Sold property in Mississippi but failed to reserve mineral rights, however, found addendum to parents’ will “For Reservation of Gas, Oil, and other Mineral Rights only,” it says the mineral rights owned by Mom and Dad “cannot be conveyed by sale of property or surface rights and it is forever reserved for conveyance only to the natural children of Mom & Dad” or to their kids who survive them. Does this mean we still own the mineral rights?
