i am trying to contact landowners in Mississippi, especially Rankin county that have natural gas stored under their property for which they are not being fairly compensated.
My grandfather, Edward Taylor Heard, bought mineral rights in south Miss. years back and we have lost the paperwork. Is there any way of locating this information? We were contacted recently about rights he had in west Texas and have leased them. Thanks for any help! Jo Ellen Gillmar
