Missing pooling order from 2014

I have been told that since I was left off a 2014 Newfield pooling order (although I was on the spacing application), that Newfield used my minerals without my consent. I was HBP by an Bays Hackney well on 10 of my 15 nma acres. However, they said that did not matter, that I still should have been on a pooling order. I was sent a division order and was paid on 10 nma at 3/16 and the unpooled 5nma at 1/4. Since I was paid and my minerals used but I wasn’t sent a pooling notice, is this an issue? They sited Oklahoma statute title 52 section 570.10 as evidence. Thoughts?

Since you were assigned the 1/4 on the un-pooled five acres, you landed on the upside of the pooling instead of the usual low side for people who do not respond or who didn’t get the notice. Can’t see a reason to worry about it.
