Thank you Mr. Kitchen for the initial response. I live in River Oaks, Tx and own 2 lots in a "mixed zoning" block. What is the minimum acreage specified for residential drilling and does this acreage all have to be located in the same area (block)?
I do not know what your initial question asked. But a legal description would help.
You will have to provide more details. Last time I drove through River Oaks, there weren't any drilling rigs.
