I inherited mineral rights in Dunn county north Dakota back in September of 2010 from my mother. The locations are T146N R92W 5th pm sections 5, and 6. They say I have .05% interest. My dad has 1.0% interest and has life estate over my land mineral rights? I don’t even understand the first thing about any of this stuff… Is any of this at all worth anything at all? I have not gotten anything and nobody will tell me anything because they say my dad has life estate!!? Why can’t I know anything when it’s legally mine from my mother and we are both from same tribe in north Dakota …I and my mother (deceased)
