Yes, quite a bit of leasing. Ranges from 1/8th, 3/16ths, 22%, 1/4th LE Jones. MK&P Energy, Balco Energy, Fairfield Minerals Company LLC. The clauses are the most important item. Most of us prefer the highest royalty. Best to get legal advice is you have not leased recently as the draft leases are rarely in the mineral owners favor. Balco pooled back in June for the NW4.
There are several companies leasing in this section, mainly Balco Energy. Lease bonuses are not public record so maybe someone on the forum has leased in that area and can provide more information.
