Minerals for lease in Howard County

First of all, I work for a company that owns mineral interest in Howard County Section 48, Block 31 T-1-N I would be interested in leasing this parcel (400 acres) if anyone is interested in such, we own the surface also. I've had a couple of bites recently, but haven't leased it yet.

Secondly, I see a small amount of new activity to the north of us and to the east, hopefully things are drifting our way.

That tract is east of the big lease prices. I've heard of offers of around $1,500/NMA in your area. I would be surprised to see significantly higher than that at these commodity prices.
