My family owns 80 acres of minerals in the subject section that has recently had it’s Oil and Gas Leases released and the family is interested in soliciting offers to lease these minerals. I understand that Chesapeake is planning to drill a well in the section immediately south of this section. Does anyone have a suggestion on which companies to contact about leasing these minerals?. . . and how solicit for multiple offers?
