Does anyone have information on what buyers are offering per acre to purchase minerals in this area or what a fair price would be?
What have you been offered so far?
Received multiple letters that do not specify an amount, but of the ones that do, $3600/acre.
But that was over a year ago. I’ve read of offers over $10k/acre now in other areas near there.
Imagine, they are offering $10K and oil prices have not peaked. Does that mean $75 oil = $15K and $100 oil = $20K? I don't think $10K is enough and that anyone will make you a fair priced offer.
