Hi Rosanna - Browning Oil Company is drilling two horizontal Strawn wells in your section. You have very valuable minerals and probably much more valuable than any unsolicited offers you are getting.
To be fair, I think the price depends on if you should sell or not. It looks like these 2 are the only wells they will develop so far. Any more than 2 and interference begins. What have you been offered? Additionally, here is a picture of the wells.
