Rick sounds like a good lease considering the distance from the most recent leases. CGS is the only one I would lease to TBH.
Do you believe that the spacing/density tests going on in League 270 could possibly bode well for mineral interests (we own) in Loving County School Lands–League 274 (Labor 25)? This doesn’t seem so far away, especially with Leagues 271 and 272 showing a good number of wells drilled.
