Okay, so I’m new to all of this since the death of my parents. I’m not dumb by any means, but I received a Mineral/Industrial tax bill from Martin County and we have nothing being drilled on our land. Any ideas?
I would first look at Martin county appraisal district and see what it shows for the assessment. Then use that information to compare to production records. Might be funds held in suspense.
