I was offered 10,000.00 per net mineral acre by a company. It is Section 26 and 27, Township 18 North, Range 12 West. Blaine County, Oklahoma. Does anyone think this is a good offer?

Hi Drew. I won’t say what company. But turned out to be a nightmare. Couldn’t even come close to the
10,000.00. He offered in the letter we received. Not even close. Will put the papers away & forget it.
