I was offered 10,000.00 per net mineral acre by a company. It is Sec 26&27 township 18 north range 12 west. Blane county Oklahoma. Does anyone think this is a good offer?

Hi Drew. I won't say what company. But turned out to be a nightmare. Could'nt even come close to the
10,000.00. He offered in the letter we received. Not even close. Will put the papers away & forget it.
