Debating on retaining or selling minerals in a few counties, but would like to hear from some people about any new developments in Howard, Crockett, Odessa, Sterling, Lubbock, Irion, Reagan counties. Things picking up in these areas?
I think "low" considering what you will get in bonus payments and leasing royalties. Anyone else have better opinions. I speak for myself, turning down that same amount .
I have mineral interests in Irion county,Tx and have recently received a new division order and some great checks! I was offered 50,000 prior to this- glad I didn’t sell. While it can be difficult to determine value, unsolicited offers are usually too low. You can sell on the marketplace here and hopefully get several offers. Good luck!
