how hard is it to look up mineral rights at the courthouse?

What county/state? Some will have records online you can search. Others will require traveling to the courthouse to index names. Or, if you know the property description, go to an abstract title plant and you can find most documents pertaining to that piece of property.

It's in dewey county in oklahoma
