Hello, I inherited mineral rights in Grady, Stephenson and NC. Is there a data base that shows location information, company leasing, etc. Until recently I had not been involved in leasing negotiations and am quite the novice when it comes to understanding what I have.

Carla, this would be a good place to start: https://okcountyrecords.com/search/stephens Go to "search" in upper right of page, select your county and then click "jump to advanced search". You can search by the person's name or the section, township and range of the section(s) you are interested in. In most counties you can view or print documents for $1 per page. Did you mean Stephens County?
