I am not aware of one in Ohio. Title documents are supposed to be filed in the counties where the minerals are located. Probates are often an issue since they might be filed correctly in the county where the deceased lived, but if there are minerals listed, then a copy is supposed to be filed in every county. Folks are not always aware of that issue.
