Mineral Rights transfer without will

My mother, now deceased, owned the mineral rights to a property she sold in early 2018 with NTEX. Are these now transferable to her two daughters? I am the court appointed Personal Representative in Oregon where she lived in 2017/2018.

Again, no will … probated estate.

Thank you so much for any guidance you can offer. I have called the company but no one has returned calls.

A little confused, if she sold her mineral interests her children would not inherit.
If she still owned the minerals but had not Will. You would look to the intestacy statutes of the state where the minerals are located. For instance, if the minerals are in Oklahoma and she was single at the time of death, then her children would inherit assuming all are alive.
