We own a small percentage of a three-part lease in Marion County, Illinois, which were purchased by CountryMark Co-op in 2002.
We recently received a letter from The Division Order Manager of CountryMark at Mt. Vernon, Indiana, stating that the tract participation factors were not correct and they overpaid a considerable sum. Payment will be suspended until they receive the overpayment.
We cannot afford to make the payment requested but would like to hear that they will track the payments due until our account is square and restart making payments at that time.
