Can someone tell me the going rate for mineral rights offers in this area?

The description of my property is Lease Agreements that cover 0,7619 net mineral acres in Section 29, Township 18 North, Range 6 West, of Kingfisher County. The terms ar $500.00 per net acre for a three (3) year term, providing a 18.75% royalty. They are also stating an automatic two year extension. Bonus per acre $500.00 (how does this work?) I'm in Payne County east of there, but that would be a decent offer for northern Payne county. Not sure how hot Kingfisher is, but the money is usually in the royalties. You only have .7619 acres? So you'd get $380.95 to sign a lease. Use the calculator from one of the links at the top of the page to estimate royalties. It's really easy to use. All of the spacing for horizontal wells around us seems to be 640 acres.
