I recently received a purchase offer on mineral rights I have in Brazos County and was curious of the average going rate per NMA. I have 100 acres - Pendleton Rector Survey, Abstract No. 206. It’s been leased for several years - but no production to date. The latest lease is with Apache from 2 years ago. (To my knowledge - this property has never been producing - at least not in the last 30 years.) I would appreciate any feedback.
