I own mineral rights in W/2 SW/4 of section 22, Township 10 North Range 13 East containing approx 80 acres. I was told via the company offering me an Oil & Gas lease that my mineral acres are only 1.1111. This doe not make sense to me, does anyone know how to determine if that’s accurate? What is the fair value of a lease like this? Thanks, Jim
