I have recently recieved a lease offer for mineral rights that I own and am wondering if there is any activity in my section and what is the going offer for the area. My mother left myself and my 5 siblings 15.47 acres of net mineral acres. I realize this isn't much, but I would still like to know if what we are being offered is a fair amount. Our interest is all of Lots 6 and 7 (W/2 SW/4) of Section 6, T7S-R1W in Love County, Oklahoma. The offer is for $200 an acre--which seems low to me, but it is the first offer we have recieved. I have looked over your forum and have not seen anything written about Section 6--maybe someone can help me get informed.
