Wondering if anyone has heard of H & S Resources, LLC out of Odessa Texas.

They are trying to lease our mineral rights in section 21 Terry County Texas.

Cant find anything about them on line.

Would appreciate any information.

Not incorporated in TX under that name. Do not see leases in that name in Terry County or other listings. There is an H & S Resources Inc in Fort Worth. Most likely leasing on behalf of another party. You can ask who they are representing. As always, written terms of lease are most important.
