Can anyone recommend a good mineral rights lawyer in Tuscarawas County, Ohio? Does anyone have experience with McCleery Law?
We are using Jim Contini law office. Their actual lawyer is in Canton, Wayne Boyer. They are handling the sale of our mineral rites on our farm in Jefferson Co. Although we live in Gnadenhutten we found them to be the most capable. Good Luck. FYI: we tried a firm in Uhrichsville and found them “Lazy”.
I recommend a great Oil and Gas Attorney, John Whipkey from Clark Hill PLC in Pittsburgh, PA. He’s an excellent Appalachian Basin oil and gas attorney, highly recommended.
Most attorneys with an oil and gas practice can advise statewide. Your focus should be knowledge and fit over location of the attorney.

Thanks for the advice!
Hi there, I’m curious if Wayne Boyer charges a flat fee, an hourly rate, a percentage of the total bonus or a percentage of the bonus increase ( from the 1st offer).
Thanks! He is also recommended by the Ohio Chapter of Naro. Do you or does anyone else have any experience with Critchfield, Critchfield and Johnston? They have multiple offices in Ohio.
