I can help, the problem is you’re about 2-3 miles west from the nearest production. The COGCCC map (ECMC GISOnline) is a valuable resource as it has all the production. There was a well that has produced 100K bbls in five years which candidly is not great; although, some wells in the basin have made 250K-300K bbls. The old Sandridge presentations claimed they were getting their wells costs under $4MM. Sandridge sold all their rights to Fulcrum ( Home - Fulcrum Energy Capital Funds) so you could try reaching out to them, but looks like their most recent wells are on the east side of Hwy 14.
