I have been offered $200 an acre and 3/16 royalty or no bonus and 1/4 royalty. I need some advice on if this is a good deal. I have been seeing that it is not a very good deal.

I ended up getting an higher bonus and 3/16 royalty. But I think in section 29 and 30 the bonuses are a lot higher because I believe there is a well that is producing 450-500 barrels a day.
