Mineral rights in saline county

I have a small acreage of mineral rights only. (inheritance) I signed with NextEnergy and that lease was up as of Oct last year. They are no longer in the that business. I am not sure where to go from here. I live in Washington State . The net acreage is 23.41, not much.

Do I try to find another company or do I just sale it? have no idea. Help!!!

If you got something they want ... they will find you.

Think about holding on for a while if the taxes aren't wiping you clean ... see what happens ... don't be so hasty!
