How do i find out if Mineral Rights are being paid on 13-15N-21W? More specific SW/4 NE/4 & N/2 SW/4 & SW/4 of section 13-15N-21W. Have only had a Landman wanting to buy Mineral Rights so i feel i already have some but don’t know who or how to find out. Would prefer to lease not sell. Thank You
Mewbourne just drilled the Ruben Rivers 24-13 PA 1H. You have royalties about to come (which is why they want to buy it). Teocalli has the Page 3-13 well in the SW4. Contact them about royalties for that well.

The Landman found one of the 4 of us a brother because of his las name. His Daughter contacted us as our last name has changed due to marriage. This was an inherited property (mineral rights) that we knew nothing about. How will they find us? Is there a # to call or an address? How soon whould we expect for the 2 different companies to reach out to us if the could find us.
It is the responsibility of all heirs with mineral ownership to make sure that they have their name and address and a description of their acreage filed with the county recorder of deeds in the counties where you hold mineral rights. In this case, you all need to do that and all need to contact both Teocalli and Mewbourne to let them know about you. They cannot pay you if they do not know you exist. Also check the unclaimed funds with the state of OK Treasurer’s office (or the state where you ancestor lived). There may be funds from the old Avalanche wells in the section. Do you need addresses for the two companies?
