I have 920 acres of mineral rights in Richland Co. Montana, was approached by Petro-Hunt to lease and didn’t accept there offer. wondering if anyone is leasing in that area?
Petro-Hunt presently has a lease on our mineral rights land in Richland County, Montana, but it expires in
October of 2011. They have not done a thing since executing the lease with us! We cannot understand why
these oil companies are sitting on their tails and not pulling this abundance of oil out of the ground!
Meanwhile, we are continuing to be raped with prices over $3.00 per gallon at the pump. Noone in the media
talks about the Bakken Basin, nor questions why there is no drilling or activity in Richland County Montana where
the abundant presence of the oil exists that would free us of our being held hostage and dependence on foreign
oil.

My family has approx. 147 acres just outside of Fairview and were just approached by Petro-Hunt. What kind of lease did they offer you-Bonus money, term, royalty, extension, etc?
Abraxas Oil has already leased approx. 1/2 of our acreage.

they offered us 20 bucks an acre for 240 of 920 acres without being specific about what 240 acres(for 2 years) and an option to extend for 4 years at $30 an acre.What did they offer you?

Petro-Hunt offered a 3 year lease at $500.00per acre + a 2 year option at $450.00/acre.-our property is located in Fairview, Montana.

They are drilling in Parshall, N.D. big time! (but for some unknown reason they are not in Richland County,
Montana. They need to pull their heads out of their butts!!!
Now, with this recent trouble in Egypt, gas at the pumps will be astronomical....and we are continuing
to be held hostage to foreign oil.
Its hard to figure these oil companies out!
