Just yesterday we received two offers to SELL our mineral rights in Reeves Country and of course we are not at all interested in selling. Our lease expires in Oct. 2011. Interest is very high for leasing mineral rights and sure hope it continues. While comparing offers to lease and to sell, selling is not the way to go, at least not in our case.
