Mineral rights in love county (section 35,7S,1E)

Does anyone know of activity going on in section 35, 7S, 1E in Love County? I keep getting offers to buy my mineral rights. Thank you for any help.

There aren’t any permitted wells in that section right now, but XTO is very active in nearby sections. I didn’t look but there could be pooling, spacing and location orders pending with the OCC in your section (which come before a permit). If the letters have really started coming in recently that could be a good indicator of that going on.
