Does anyone know the current status of the land located at or near Section 11-16N-03W in Logan County, Oklahoma? I live in Texas and have been out of the loop since 2014, and would appreciate any information about this location. Thank you so much,

I only see three old wells there. P&A or dry. Validus used a surface location in the far NE corner of 3 to drill two horizontal wells into sec 3 and 2. Nothing drilled to the south.
Thank you for getting back to me, Ms. Barnes. I’ve been wondering if we would be smart to find someone to buy the land. We know nothing about the area or if there is a possibility of future activity. At this point in our lives, we’re 76, we could use the money if the possibility is slim to none.

They are not likely to get much interest from a buyer at this time since they have the dry holes and not much nearby activity. Logan is not a hot spot now.
Agree with Martha as to lack of interest and value. But mineral buyers will buy minerals. Just be aware it may not be a great amount.
